In Upay mobile banking system have 4 types of cash out charge: like

    • 1.4% that means per 1000tk charge 14taka, 
    • 0.7% that means per 1000tk charge 7taka, 
    • 1% that means per 1000tk charge 10taka, 
    • and 0.8% that means per 1000tk charge 8taka.

    You can cash out money from Upay by 3 ways:
    1. ATM
    2. App
    3. Dial *268#

    Also In Upay has 4 types of account:
    1. Primary account.
    2. Disbursement account.
    3. Salary account.
    4. Remittance account.

    -If you cash out from agent by primary account this time charge will be 1.4%. that means per 1000 will be charge 14 taka. But if you cash out from ATM this time charge will be 0.8% that means per 1000 will be charge 8 taka.

    -When you cash out from agent by Disbursement account this time will be charge 0.7%. That means per 1000 will be charge 7 taka. But charge will be free if you cash out from ATM.

    -And if you cash out from agent by Salary & Remittance account this time will be charge 1%. That means per 1000 will be charge 10 taka. But charge will be free if you cash out from ATM.


    Upay Cash Out Limits: 

    • Maximum Number of Transactions per day is 10 times from agent and from ATM 5 times. Per month 100 times from agent also 20 times from ATM. 
    • Amount Per Transaction 50 to 25000 from agent and from ATM 500 to 25000.
    • Maximum amount per day 25000 and per month 150000 both agent and ATM.
